Asked, then done

What the owner asked for, and what changed.

One request, start to finish, beside this. Below, seven more in the owner’s words, typos fixed. Times are Eastern. The number is what changed on the live store; the line under it is how.

Done

  1. Checked what is left of eBay’s monthly selling limit
  2. Looked at every main and back photo, then previewed with no writes
  3. Listed 3 pieces, filling the rest of the month’s limit
  4. Read back from eBay: all 3 live, and in the stock sync
  5. Held back 3: old photos, the wrong eBay category, no condition grade

Typos fixed. The sales question was answered too; the monthly figures are at the top of the page.

  1. here are the pants approval. a lot of do not post. also changes on title need to be included in the seo as well…

Two agents named each piece without seeing each other’s answers. Where they disagreed, the title or size stayed blank for the owner: 9 titles, 7 sizes. The do-not-post pieces stayed off.

21listings live on the store and the website
  2. let’s list all the new items that we posted recently, not the old items. and yes let’s sync the inventory, let’s sync first

Built the stock sync first and tested it on one live listing. Previewed all 87, published, then read each one back. 8 waited for eBay’s monthly limit; 2 sold on Shopify mid-run and were skipped.

  3. …and yes fix the brand on our end as well

930 products listed the shop itself as the brand. Every brand was saved first. 8 stayed as they were, because their titles name no brand. 0 errors.

922products set to their real brand
  4. let’s add an md file to fix all of these things and implement the current fix on what we have right now

“These things” came from an SEO review. A dry run, then 2 live test listings checked on the site, then all 395 products. 0 errors, and running it again changes nothing.

325SEO titles rewritten, plus 98 descriptions
  5. can we put country of origin US to all listings

Not all of them: US went only on pieces made there. Chrome Hearts eyewear, collabs made abroad and every other brand stayed blank, and the owner was asked for each brand’s country.

  6. do we have all the items up currently? can you fix this for me

It had found the problem itself while reviewing ads: 61 Cartier, Goyard, Hermès and other listings described as Chrome Hearts. A dry run caught “shoe” matching “horseshoe” before anything was written. 0 errors.

    241product texts corrected
  7. these are sold, can you put the quantity to 0

Stock changed only where it hadn’t moved since it was read, then each piece was read again. eBay already had them off. Grailed and Crosslist aren’t connected, so those stayed with the owner.
